Opening Keynote | Monday, April 20
Dr. Jake Tuber kicked us off on Monday, April 20, with the opening keynote, "The Neuroscience & Practice of Leading Change," exploring the mental frameworks that allow top CMOs to remain grounded and make decisive choices under pressure.
Dr. Tuber built on this keynote's foundation with an immersive workshop, "Equipped for Evolution: The Resilient & Adaptive CMO," to help participants develop the skills of personal resilience and adaptability with evidence-based tactics and individualized playbooks.

Keynote Speakers
Jen Leonard is the founder of Creative Lawyers, a consultancy that helps law firms, corporate legal departments, and professional services organizations modernize practice, services, and education. She partners with leaders to foster innovative cultures, build adaptive strategies, and develop the skills and mindsets needed to thrive in a volatile environment. Jen designs cutting-edge generative AI education focused on law firm business and lawyer formation, leads design thinking workshops, facilitates innovation challenges, delivers keynotes, and provides ongoing strategic support. Previously, Jen served as the first Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Director of the Future of the Profession Initiative at Penn Carey Law, where she studied industry change and built thought leadership and curricular programs. A 2004 Penn Carey Law graduate, she practiced for a decade, including as Chief of Staff to the City of Philadelphia Law Department, and later created Penn’s nationally recognized Center on Professionalism. She has taught courses on generative AI, design thinking, innovation strategy, and attorney well-being at Penn, Wharton, and Penn Nursing. Recognized as one of the ABA’s Women of Legal Tech (2024), Jen is also a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management and recipient of Penn’s Beverly Edwards Award for exceptional leadership. She speaks and writes frequently on the future of the profession and co-hosts multiple podcasts, including 2030 Vision: AI and the Future of Law.
Bridget M. McCormack is President and CEO of the American Arbitration Association-International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR), the leading global provider of alternative dispute resolution services. She assumed the role in 2023, bringing deep experience as a jurist, educator, and advocate for innovation in legal services. McCormack is a Strategic Advisor to the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School’s Future of the Profession Initiative. She also serves on the founding steering committee of Duke Law’s Responsible AI in Legal Services (RAILS) initiative, is a special advisor to the ABA Task Force on AI, and has authored and spoken widely on AI’s impact on law and dispute resolution. Previously, she was Chief Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court, where she championed technology to expand access to justice, including online dispute resolution platforms and eviction diversion programs. A graduate of NYU Law, McCormack has also served on the faculties of Yale and the University of Michigan Law Schools. Her insights help legal professionals and business leaders alike harness AI to drive strategic growth and expand access to justice.
Recognized by the Leadership Center for Excellence as one of the 40 Under 40 in Leadership, Dr. Jake Tuber is an organizational psychologist, the Managing Principal at Ticonderoga Advisory, and an award-winning executive coach and advisor. Dr. Tuber coaches executives and facilitates programs for leaders across a large variety of industries, with notable clients such as The New York Times, Google, The NBA, JP Morgan, Disney and many others. He also works deeply with professional services organizations, having trained and coached hundreds of partners at AmLaw 100 firms and beyond. A former stand-up and improv comedian, Jake is also a top-rated adjunct assistant professor of psychology at City University of New York and highly sought-after speaker, regularly giving talks as part of the New York City Lectures on Tap speaking series. Prior to founding Ticonderoga, Jake spent years serving clients and managing a global team as a Senior Executive Advisor with CEB-Gartner. He holds a doctorate in Adult Learning & Leadership as well as a Masters degree in Social-Organizational Psychology, both from Columbia University, and a Bachelors in Philosophy from Georgetown University. Outside of work, Jake has an intension passion for running. He coaches and advises several professional and elite runners. He lives in Westchester, NY, with his wife, Jessie, and his two girls, Charlotte and Isabel.
