Mentor/Mentee Program at LMA27

New to LMA? Find Your People.

First time attending the LMA Annual Conference—or newer to the LMA community? We’ve got you covered.

The LMA Mentor/Mentee Program connects first-time and newer attendees with experienced LMA members who can help them navigate the conference, discover the sessions and experiences most relevant to their goals, and make meaningful connections along the way.

Whether you’re looking to get the most from the educational program, explore the LMA Marketplace or feel more confident networking with fellow attendees, your mentor can help you make LMA27 an experience that delivers lasting value.

Program Goals

  • Navigate with purpose — Identify the educational sessions, Marketplace experiences and other opportunities that align with your goals.

  • Build meaningful connections — Meet peers and LMA colleagues in a more personal, comfortable way.

  • Turn insights into action — Reflect on your conference takeaways and develop a plan to put your new knowledge and connections to work.

Become a Mentor or Mentee

During the LMA27 registration process, simply indicate whether you’d like to participate as a mentor or mentee. LMA Headquarters will match participants based on relevant criteria, which may include region, firm size, demographics and conference experience.

Once matched, mentors will receive their mentee information along with guidance and best practices to help make the experience valuable for both participants.

New to LMA? Check the Mentor/Mentee box during registration and start building your LMA27 network before you even arrive in Seattle.
