Wednesday, April 23
Exhibitor Move-in: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.*
*Booths must be show-ready by 3:00 pm.
Opening Reception in
The Marketplace: 5:15 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 24
Marketplace Open Hours: 9:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.*
Activity in Marketplace: 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
*Note that lunch and coffee breaks will take place within the Marketplace.
Friday, April 25
Marketplace Open Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.*
Exhibitor Move-out: 12:35 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.*
*Booths must be fully moved-out by 6:00 p.m.
*Note that lunch and coffee breaks will take place within the Marketplace.

The Exhibitor Services Manual will be live in early 2025! Freeman is the official decorator of this event, and all other official vendors will be listed within this manual.
Please refer to this online manual for all show information such as information and deadlines for shipping, ordering services for electrical, audiovisual orders, and more. Please pay close attention to the Deadline Dates Checklist to ensure timely ordering that will save you money.
