All exhibits must be opened and staffed during the show hours. Exhibitors will be allowed into the Exhibit Hall one (1) hour before it opens on Tuesday. Exhibitors will be required to exit the Exhibit Hall as soon as the show closes each day.

Freeman is the official decorator of this event. Exhibitor Registration
Your specific registration codes have been sent to your company. Please share your complimentary codes with applicable staff who are attending the event. Contact sponsorships@legalmarketing.org if you need your codes re-sent to you.
Additional Marketplace/Exhibit Hall Only registrations are $500 each.
If you would like to purchase Full conference registration, see the Register page for information, pricing, and to register. Full Conference registrations for members are $1,985 until Feb. 8, 2027, and $2,185 after Feb. 8, 2027. Additional Full conference registrations for non-members are $2,725 until Feb. 8, 2027, and $2,925 after Feb. 8, 2027.
Hotel Reservations
Find more information about booking your hotel reservation at the Hyatt Regency at the discounted LMA rate. Note that the special room rate is available until March 20, 2027 (or until rooms sell out, whichever occurs first). All conference events will take place at the Hyatt Regency.

Exhibitor Marketing Kit
We highly encourage all exhibitors to promote their participation for #LMA27! To help spread the word about the value of the conference, we have developed this Partner Marketing Kit, which you can utilize when you promote the event to your network! The container graphics allow room for each company to add their names and logos for a more personalized use.
